Refunds and Returns

For printing and dispatching, AvenueBob is partnered by Printumo. This is their Refunds and Returns policy.

Printumo is a print-on-demand platform, meaning that all products are custom-made and produced only after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for cases where a customer changes their mind about a purchase.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged, or contains a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us on help@printumo.com within 30 days of delivery and include

  • ·      A clear photo of the issue
  • ·      A photo of the barcode label on the packaging
  • ·      Printumo Order ID

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible

Cases where refunds or reprints are not available

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in cases where:

  • ·      The wrong size, color, or artwork was ordered
  • ·      The customer has changed their mind after receiving the item
  • ·      The print placement falls within normal production tolerances
